Managing pension schemes can be a headache and quite critical for governments without proper tools. SIL’s Pension Benefits System (PBS) is a key software element to effectively manage citizen’s pension schemes. PBS allows tailor-made optimisation of money collection from employers, prepayments and arrears management processes.
PBS also take care for the yearly pension declaration returns. The system is currently implemented and being used by the government of Mauritius, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Burundi.
