Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible to coordinate activities with the support of the Customer Innovation Division for the promotion of the SIL Brand Image on the market using latest technologies/platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Strategy Development: To assist the CEO in the development of the brand strategy for the company. To work closely with the Marketing team to implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. Utilise market insights and analysis to identify key areas for brand enhancement and differentiation.

     

  • Brand Identity Maintenance: Work proactively to uphold brand standards and guidelines set by the company by maintaining a cohesive brand image and ensuring a consistent brand message, visuals, and tone across all marketing materials, including digital platforms, print collateral, and social media channels. Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and written materials.

     

  • Market Research and Analysis: To conduct market gap analysis to inform strategic decisions related to brand positioning and messaging.

     

  • Collaboration and Coordination: Liaise with various departments, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, providing input on branding elements and messaging to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design or any related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in brand management or marketing, with a focus on building and enhancing brand image.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of technology trends and platforms, with a keen interest in leveraging technology for brand promotion.
