State Informatics Limited (SIL) and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) have formalised a strategic collaboration to advance digital transformation and innovation across Mauritius and the wider region.
The MoU signing ceremony was held in the presence of the Hon. Dr. Avinash Ramtohul, FBCS CMgr, Minister of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation; Mr Shiju Varghese, Regional CEO and Head of the Middle East and Africa Region at TCS; and His Excellency Mr Anurag Srivastava , High Commissioner of India to Mauritius.
SIL brings its deep local expertise, understanding of the Mauritian market and regional ambitions, while TCS contributes its global experience, innovation ecosystem and delivery capabilities.
Together, the two organisations aim to develop innovative digital solutions that create value for both public and private sector organisations.
Beyond technology, the collaboration seeks to foster knowledge transfer, strengthen capabilities and unlock new opportunities for innovation. It also supports Mauritius’ ambition to position itself as a regional digital hub and a gateway to Africa.
Together, SIL and TCS look forward to creating new opportunities and lasting value for Mauritius and the wider region.
