JOB PURPOSE
Your role is to implement high quality application software in accordance with international standards using specific software development tools and methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with the key users to understand the business needs
• Liaise with clients, evaluating their business processes and anticipating requirements
• Redesign working processes and suggest new or enhanced IT systems required to improve efficiency and user/customer satisfaction
• Act as a translator between software developers and clients to convey how information technology (IT) can support the organization’s needs
• Prioritize technical and functional requirements
• Document Non-Functional Requirements (e.g.,   performance,      scalability,   reliability, availability, portability & security)
• Document Other Requirements such as statutory or regulatory requirements, requirements for operation in customer environment
• Write user stories during the Analyse phase using Azure Devops
• Perform requirements analysis and translate requirements into System Requirements Specifications (SRS) Document
• Collaborate with Project Team Members (Developers, Quality Assurers, Scrum Masters, etc)
• Participate in user acceptance testing
• Run workshops and training sessions
• Work on Agile/Scrum Methodology

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree, preferably in the area of ICT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing scalable architecture systems for Java-based applications
• Understand the requirements, current state architecture of the enterprise and create roadmap for the future enhancements accordingly.
• Evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider monetary factors of java program.
• Identify system data, hardware and software components required to meet user needs.
• Ensure compliance with established architecture, design patterns, policies, standards, and best practices.
• Create Software Architecture Document, High Level and Low-Level Design document, Non functional requirements for the project.
• Define Integration Design and Security Design for the Web Services and Enterprise components involved.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in ICT:
• Expertise with the entire Software Development Life Cycle, with strong emphasis on agile development
• 7+ plus years of experience in defining solution architecture for large enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, SOA Webservices (SOAP and REST), Open-Source products, and strong working knowledge of SOA, Service Orchestration, Business Process Choreography, Spring Frameworks.
• Strong command on Java/J2EE concepts and current industry trends
• Knowledge of technology areas of Messaging, Transaction Management, Spring MVC, Hibernate, DAO, etc
• Strong expertise in
  • Architectural styles
  • Enterprise architecture patterns
  • Integration patterns
  • Development patterns
  • Architecture artifacts and deliverables
  • Solution architecture design approaches and practices

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software development or maintenance in using JAVA;
• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot);
• Knowledge of an RDBMS such as Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL;
• Knowledge of REST APIs;
• Knowledge of Git or similar versioning tool;
• Implement DevOps pipelines for Continuous Integration and Deployment using Jenkins or other relevant tool;
• Ability to work both on the back as well as Front (e.g., Angular/React);
• Knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker;
• Being already knowledgeable about setup of cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure.

JOB PURPOSE

He/She will be responsible mainly for accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, debtors chasing and to provide assistance to Finance Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

i. Provide support to the Finance Officer/Senior Finance Officer in his/her daily activities;

ii. Billing to customers & Chasing clients for payment;

iii. Record receipts and payments;

iv. VAT returns;

v. Project costing/monitoring;

vi. Bank Reconciliation

vii. Booking of air tickets and payment of per diem allowance;

viii. Assist in keeping and maintenance of accounts, registers and other relevant records relating to financial transactions of the Company;

ix. Maintaining clients’ accounts and suppliers’ accounts;

x. Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques;

xi. Preparation of letters of transfer for overseas payment and performing Bank Reconciliation;

xii. Operating Petty Cash Account;

xiii. Any other related activities as delegated by the supervisor;

xiv. Carry out such acts as shall be required for the proper fulfilling of duties listed under items (i) to (ix) above.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• HSC with Accounting
• Good working knowledge of Office Package;
