As part of his ongoing visit to India, our Managing Director, Mr. Parmesh Pallanee, held high-level engagements with key stakeholders from the Department of Food and Public Distribution of India and the Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) in New Delhi, accompanied by the Chief Business Officer of SILDIA, Mr. Anuj Vohra.
These discussions mark an important step towards supporting key sectors in Mauritius such as agriculture, commerce, and logistics through the automation of storage and distribution systems.
The collaboration seeks to leverage expertise in modern warehousing and digital solutions to enhance efficiency, transparency, and operational performance across the supply chain ecosystem.
During the visit, Mr. Pallanee met with Ms. Anita Karn, Additional Secretary, Department of Food and Public Distribution of India, further strengthening institutional ties and exploring avenues for cooperation.
As a gesture of appreciation and goodwill, tokens of thanks were presented to senior representatives, including the Additional Secretary of the Department of Food and Public Distribution of India, as well as the Chief Information Officer, Financial Director, and Managing Director of the Central Warehousing Corporation.
