Business Consultant – BA
Job Purpose
Your role is to implement high quality application software in accordance with international standards using specific software development tools and methodologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with the key users to understand business needs
-
Liaise with clients, evaluating their business processes and anticipating requirements
-
Redesign working processes and suggest new or enhanced IT systems required to improve
efficiency and user/customer satisfaction -
Act as a translator between software developers and clients to convey how information
technology (IT) can support the organization’s needs -
Prioritize technical and functional requirements
-
Document Non-Functional Requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, reliability, availability,
portability & security) -
Document Other Requirements such as statutory or regulatory requirements, requirements for
operation in customer environment -
Write user stories during the Analyse phase using Azure Devops
-
Perform requirements analysis and translate requirements into System Requirements
Specifications (SRS) Document -
Collaboration with Project Team Members (Developers, Quality Assurers, Scrum Masters, etc.)

Participate in user acceptance testing
-
Run workshops and training sessions
-
Work on Agile/Scrum Methodology
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree, preferably in the area of ICT.
- 3 years’ work experience in analysis, design, development of software or business analysis.
