The proper management of the fleet of vehicles is a matter of great concern for organisations, and more so for governments as controlling organisations, especially for security reasons. SIL’s Vehicle Management System (VMS) allows transport managers and authorities to better complete vehicle management processes.
VMS caters for the Registration, Transfer, Licence payment and registration payment of vehicles. The system caters for everything from the input of vehicle origin, its owners, duty, lessee & proxy, lien, insurance, fitness and examination, notification of sale to objection of sales of vehicles.
VMS is currently the main system used by the transport and related authorities of the Government of Mauritius.
