Invitation for Expression of Interest for the Provision of
18,000-20,000 sq. ft Office Space for SIL on Lease

 

The State Informatics Ltd (SIL) is an IT company delivering IT solutions and services with the highest standards by enhancing technical expertise with sound industry knowledge and market acumen for Mauritius and Africa as well as focusing on our client’s present and future needs.

State Informatics Limited (SIL) is inviting prospective Bidders to express their interests in the provision of the following:

• 18,000–20,000 sq. ft for rental of office spread over 1 full-floor or multiple consecutive full floors;
• Parking Facilities for a minimum of 35 cars;
• New Modern Building less than 3 years of existence;
• Region – Ebene;
• Full back up generator; and
• Any other amenities attached or easy access nearby to be stated.

Submission of EoI

Proposals in sealed envelope clearly labelled ‘Provision of Office Space’ should be deposited in the Tender Box to the attention of the CEO, State Informatics Limited, 6^th Floor, Sanlam Building, 2 St Georges Street, Port Louis by 20^th May 2022 at latest 15hrs00.  Any query should be addressed to the CEO of SIL.

State Informatics Limited reserves the right not to shortlist any bidder who expresses interest.
