SIL participates in Oracle Cloud Day Africa in Mauritius

SIL was one of the participants at Oracle Cloud Day in Mauritius. The online international event, linking 47 countries, was hosted by Oracle in Mauritius at the Hennessy Park Hotel in the Cybercity, on 14 April 2016. Over 100 people from key business and technological sectors attended the event.

The event happened in 47 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa on the same day. That interactive and lively conference included presentations and live demos to show customers the benefits of adopting Oracle cloud. The latter brings about many advantages, such as reducing cost and complexity whilst being able to focus on executing strategy (with solutions freeing management from many hassles) thanks to a comprehensive offering that includes platforms, software, infrastructure, and private cloud; accelerating innovation and transforming organisations into more agile and more efficient entities.
